At AriZona Beverages USA LLC, all sales are final. Currently, there are no returns or exchanges. However, if customers experience any issues with their online order such as receiving the wrong product or damaged in-transit, they are advised to contact the customer service team at shoparizona@drinkarizona.com. If there is a belief of a quality issue, the customer service team should be contacted with the production code handy. This code is usually found right below the “Best Buy” date on the neck of the container and will give an idea on where and when this product was made. The customer service team will assist further after this information is provided.
For shipping, customers can change their shipping address if, and only if, it has not already been shipped. If customers would like to change their shipping address, they should email shop@drinkarizona.com and include: their order number, full name associated with the order, email address the order was made with, their request and new shipping address. The Customer Service Team will assist and let them know if it’s possible to correct.
